David has published two works on International Debt Collections as follows:
David has been a frequent guest speaker for various legal and business organizations and has spoken in over 15 countries on various topics dealing with international creditors’ rights and debt collection,
David was a Professional Adjunct at Concordia University where he taught International Business Law and Business Law in the MBA Program for 46 years. And was recently honored by the Quebec Bar with the designation Advocate Emeritus.
David is the Montreal Chair of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is Chair for the NYSBA International Creditor Rights Committee.
David is also Honorary Consul for Iceland in Montreal.
