Attorney Tim Berry is the IRA expert. Tim is a nationally known expert and contributing author leading the way with current up-to-date information concerning IRA assets, 401k rules and prohibited transaction rules. When it comes to knowing what is best for your IRA, and tax efficient methods of sending your retirement assets on to the next generation, Tim is considered by many to the go to person.

Tim is often invited as a distinguished guest to lecture on continuing education courses for CPAs and other professions involving Wealth Management.

Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Fresno State University. At Fresno State Tim received the honor of being named by the college economics faculty as the Outstanding Graduating Student. He then advanced his career as a stock and commodities broker, he went on to graduate from the Seattle University Law School and become a member of the Washington State Bar.

Tim Berry continues to stay in touch with current legislation and provides educational courses on the topic of IRAs, for CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and Financial Planners. In fact, the Financial Planner’s Association selected his presentation as the Best of the Summit. Additionally he has been quoted in Journals such as Morningstar and Personal Real Estate Investor.
